I may not yet have all the answers, however, from my research and experience, it seems as though the techniques and methods used in 'Zersetzung', combined with similar crimes of illegal suppression have been 'passed down' and improved to form what is today's Organised Stalking. In my case it is quite clear that there has been a link with racism although people with anti-capitalist or other political views are also being targeted. As such I see this as part of a broader framework of unlawful social control. The system of social control is mature; it stems back from the extreme social imbalances of the historic ages and has expanded exponentially with the build up of private capital. There appears to be a network of people who are enjoying the current commercial and socio-political status quo, regardless of the fact that they are externalising all the costs onto everyone else and it's the age-old brute approach of regarding other people with less power as less important. I also think that it has become 'pre-emptive', in that it has assumed a right to prevent less powerful civilians from coming anywhere near it's 'core interests' and this may explain why many people have never actually done anything wrong before they are targeted. They may merely have displayed 'potential' (caring enough about the things they are damaging and recognising the criminals as responsible). Some people are also being targeted due to mere personal vendettas. Linked to techniques used directly in the Nazi Third Reich, today's Organised Stalking also seems to involve elements of human testing and sadism, which I believe sadly underlies many other devastating and currently hidden crimes against the person.

Organised Stalking is also facilitated by a significant reserve of criminally-minded people who have developed the view that this is ok and perhaps feel that the criminal alliance is a way for them to work securely as a team. In this video, a victim explains that gangstalking is taking place because there is a market for it:
