ORGANISED STALKING: A CRIME
Professional Health Diagnoses
I am sure the majority of doctors and psychiatrists are making these errors innocently, as the result of a lack of knowledge. However, below I set out examples of where the psychiatry profession has been deliberately used to mislabel genuine victims in the past.
The Political Abuse of Psychiatry
-
In the 1970s, the wife of a US Attorney General was diagnosed with a paranoid mental disorder for claiming the Nixon administration was engaged in illegal activities. Many of her claims were later proved correct. The term "Martha Mitchell effect" was coined to describe mental health misdiagnoses when accurate claims are dismissed as delusional
-
One of the techniques of the Soviet era was to say that all political dissidents had mental illnesses
-
China has said that people who practise Falun Gong are mentally ill, as are people who complain about injustices by local authorites
-
Five current and former National Security Agency (NSA) employees went to the media in 2006 saying the agency frequently retaliates against whistleblowers by falsely labeling them as 'delusional', 'paranoid' or 'psychotic'
-
Evidence of money-laundering at a big bank in Germany was dismissed as delusional when the accuser was diagnosed with mental illness
-
NHS whistleblower Kay Sheldon reported failings in the Care Quality Commission and the first response was to suggest she had a mental health problem
-
The American Psychiatric Association only declassified homosexuality as a mental disorder in 1973 (the American Psychological Association Council of Representatives in 1975)
If you are going to do extreme things to people
You are going to need an alternate explanation when they complain
Some targets found themselves labeled as delusional because they spoke of experiences that sound like mental illness symptoms but were actually due to Organised Stalking. For example, advanced technology (already proven and in the public domain) can beam sound directly into the auditory cortex. However, these targets were labeled delusional when they said they had 'heard voices'. Remember, Organised Stalking seeks to suppress people for illegal reasons and therefore it seeks to do so in a way that avoids detection.

Sometimes doctors get it wrong and sometimes, they're corrupt
During my experience of this crime, I came to recognise a number of important issues related to professional diagnoses of Organised Stalking victims.
Firstly, doctors/psychiatrists suggesting that victims are delusional have not applied the DSM-5 manual because no information contradicting the Organised Stalking claim has ever been put forward.
These doctors never checked to verfiy whether or not the Organised Stalking claims were true. They simply formed the conclusion regardless of factual and historical evidence.
The claim of delusion suggests doctors are not aware of MKUltra, which was a recent psychology experiment. There also appears to be no connections being drawn to the criminal psychology of the perpetrators.
These doctors also demostrate that they are not aware of modern technologies that are based on neuroscience.
Real Facts vs Paranoid Delusions
Rather than simply question the victim, it is vital to properly question the mental states of the types of people we are accusing
There are, many aggressive and perverse individuals who commit degenerate acts, as well as other corrupt abuses of official power. Far from being a suspicion, we have numerous convictions and scandals proving this to be the case
"While delusional thinking does exist, [organised stalking] situations have an identifiable pattern to them.
Accounts by numerous victims of organized stalking share common specific details – suggesting that the perpetrators are following a well-tested and standardized playbook of methods that have proven to be easily kept off of the radar of potential witnesses and the mainstream news media"
Definition of Delusion:
DSM-5 (Schizophrenia Spectrum and Other Psychotic Disorders):
Delusions are fixed beliefs that are not amenable to change in light of conflicting evidence... Delusions are deemed bizarre if they are clearly implausible and not understandable to same-culture peers and do not derive from ordinary life experiences. […] The distinction between a delusion and a strongly held idea is sometimes difficult to make and depends in part on the degree of conviction with which the belief is held despite clear or reasonable contradictory evidence regarding its veracity.
Some sources have stated that people who say they are a victim of this crime are delusional.
But saying you are being persecuted does not mean you are delusional. This is the entire basis of the international asylum process.
Imagining that criminals and serious crime do not exist is naive; and also contrary to proven facts that are in the public domain.
Organised Stalking is virtually identical to 'Zersetzung'. It is impossible to suggest that a crime as extreme as Organised Stalking could never take place.
There is a strong motive for why it is happening.
The vast majority of people claiming this crime is taking place are not in fact delusional.
The history of similar crimes show that the criminals put a lot of effort into mislabelling victims as delusional. This has been part of the strategy to avoid detection.
If we look at the definition of delusion in the DSM-5 psychology guidelines, we can see that this suggestion does not make sense..

Comparing the DSM-5 Definition..
This definition suggests that people who cannot change their beliefs when they are presented with adequate information to the contrary are delusional.
Applying this definition to Organised Stalking, this would mean victims continued to say they were being gangstalked, despite being shown evidence that they were not.
However, there is no conflicting evidence that shows Organised Stalking is not true or is not taking place.
On the contrary, history shows that Organised Stalking is part of ordinary life experiences.
Alleging criminal activity, malicious abuse and corruption is not an implausible claim.
Actually, this definition suggests that people who continue to say Organised Stalking does not exist, despite clear evidence that it does, are delusional.

How We Can Easily Miss Deliberate Malicious Action
I met someone many years ago who told me about organised stalking and I did not believe it. I was sure he was mistaken and that there were innocent explanations instead. As my mind searched for explanations, I picked up on alternatives to his suggestions.
For example, imagine you try to switch on a computer but it doesn’t work. You may assume it is broken - but then you realise the battery is not plugged in. In that case, ignorance of, or a failure to consider, the true cause (the battery not being plugged in) leads us to form a false explanation of the cause (it was broken).
Another example is the person who believes their bank really is doing a security check (it must be part of their ordinary procedure.. they must be trying to look out for my interests) and then mistakenly gives their financial details to criminals. Here, an innocent explanation is in fact a possibility and it is the very existence of simultaneous innocent possibilities that cause people to be deceived.

Facts vs Conspiracies..
In a context where knowledge of this crime is not widespread and the term 'conspiracy theory' has come to suggest that all theories about crimes are untrue, decent, law-abiding people sometimes have doubts about this new and unusual information. These allegations are so serious - how can someone be sure it is not a 'conspiracy theory'?
* Serious crime and criminal behaviour does exist.
* History proves that crimes like this take place. Similar crimes have already been exposed.
* Thousands of people are now making highly specific and virtually identical allegations about a form of this crime taking place today.
* There is a huge amount of evidence.
* It is important to know the nature of modern technology that makes this crime possible, as well as the process that takes place with this particular crime.
* There is also some derisory material in the public domain that suggests this is not true. Some people have tried to say victims are making this up and that this is all in their heads. On this page I present cases where genuine claimants have been deliberately labeled as delusional in the past, so that their claims of abuse will be ignored. Many other victims have difficulty proving their claims as well (child sexual abuse). As I discuss, the delusional 'defence' does not hold up logically.

These are extreme allegations. Surely there is an innocent explanation...
